Based on color and shorter spur we thought this might be a hybrid between rostrata and something else

Growing along rocks above stream bed.
Some sort of succulent ground-cover growing in a large area along the pond bank.
Shrubs about 5' tall, bushy, tons of these seed pod things on the ends.
Very thin vine with many of these fruits growing along the shrubs from previous photo.
This short shrub/bush (about 2') was growing IN the water and had very distinct round seed pods, some still fully rounded, some had lost half or more of the seeds, which appeared very fuzzy inside.
