70 YEAR OLD, 56 FT. TALL RARE CHAMISE REDWOOD...RECENTLY TRANSPLANTED (was too close to train tracks)...Arborists say that there may be only 10 with the Albino Traits in the World and this may be the only one grown to maturity.!

Neighborhood setting (see roof line in photo)..4 approx fifty year old trees (Based on age of house nearby)..Redwood on right (SW) appears to be thinning at top. May be due to roots under structure, sidewalks etc.
