Five 5th Grade classes at White Oaks Elementary School, Burke VA, decided to do Biocube projects as an end of year science project. Unfortunately, 2 of the biocubes disappeared before the classes had a chance to sample from them. Three of them survived but really only one of them was adequately sampled. We did get a few specimens from the other 2.
The cubes were placed on June 6, 2016 and observed and sampled on the 7th - 10th of June.
Our Biocube IDs were as follows:
WhiteOaksElementary2016
WhiteOaksElementary2016_1

WhiteOaksElementary2016_3 was placed in a creek but disappeared before sampling
WhiteOaksElementary2016_4 was placed in a grassy area but blew away or was removed before sampling.
